# [Breaking the Mold: A Year of Entrepreneurial Reimagination](https://newsandviews.vilcap.com/reports/2023-impact-report)

 Written by [Village Capital](https://newsandviews.vilcap.com/reports/author/village-capital) | Dec 12, 2023 11:05:05 PM

Since 2009, our team at Village Capital has been helping impact-creating entrepreneurs get the social and financial capital they need to bring their ideas from vision to scale. We do this within our accelerators and *outside* our accelerator programs, too – by designing, testing, and sharing new tools, research, technology, and processes around equitable entrepreneurship.

Our 2023 impact report sheds light on our ecosystem-building strategy, introduces game-changing Village Capital alumni you should have on your radar, and delves into the themes that will continue to guide our work in 2024 and beyond.
