Village Capital, with support from Moody’s, is launching a new catalytic accelerator for eight to ten entrepreneurs championing ecosystem restoration throughout LatAm.

Village Capital, with support from the American Family Insurance Institute for Corporate and Social Impact and Dream.Org, announced that ConConnect, Good Call Technologies, and Rasa will receive capital investment from Dream.org as part of the Justice Tech Fellowship Program in the United States. The program supported ten startups helping individuals impacted by the criminal justice system.

Village Capital, with the support of Posner Foundation of Pittsburgh, announced a new accelerator program focused on startups creating solutions to prevent food loss and waste, both on the consumers’ and the producers’ sides.

Village Capital announced that Dollarito, Enabled Health, ISeeChange, and Pear Suite were peer-selected to receive equity-free grant funding as a part of “ADAPT: Social Innovation for a More Resilient Future in the United States.” ADAPT, which was launched with support from MetLife Foundation and received additional support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, is an accelerator program operating in the U.S. and Latin America.

Village Capital, with support from Moody’s, wrapped up its accelerator program, Backing LatAm’s Middle Class. Ten Latin American startups focused on improving economic mobility and creating pathways to the middle class received mentorship and tailored sessions on investment-readiness.
